Hi Betty...
Thank you for stopping by today. I love your wordless and hope to visit this part of US of A sometime. Love your merry go round header too or as my daughter use to call it round round

How great to have a saguaro right outside your fence. Do you ever see birds in the hole in it?

Betty,

Thanks for dropping by my place today. Your blog header is really cool. I love carousels! It took me a moment to figure out that the gray sky provided the scene with some rain. I noticed the droplets hitting the water. I believe at first glance my eye was drawn to that tall cactus to the left. It almost looks like it has a hole in it, do birds peck holes in them? Have a good day and happy WW!

That water looks so wonderful - rain or not!

VERY NICE, love that giant saguaro cactus. For us neophytes, that cactus is a shocker when you stand beside them and realize how huge and HEAVY they are.
Great shots....

Thank you for visiting me! The area where I live considers itself the "carousel capital of the world" and I haven't blogged about that in ages. That rain is really coming down! But it's also green and (maybe) warm. Sighing.

Nice shot, but it's not supposed to rain like that in the desert.

Lovely photo with the cacti in the background, and the colour of the stormy sky reflected in the water.
