Its that time again :)

Its that time of year! Time to reveal my theme for next month's A/Z Challenge.  You can still sign up here if interested or check out other people's themes here.

Drum roll..............

More drum roll..........

Dim the lights.........

Mandatory five seconds of silence before announcing anything.......

My theme is......

Arizona Sites and Sights

Picture based as I have done the past two other years' themes.

Trying to keep the actual entry very short, some are longer than others.

There will be a bit of history.

A bit of sightseeing.

Hopefully a whole lot of fun for those who come to visit.

Each entry but one includes a question at the end.

I really like when people answer the question because that's how I get to know you guys so much more better.

I hope through the month of April you will come to know Arizona a bit more and perhaps even want to come and visit it sometime down the road.

(little blog maintenance; we are scheduled to move next weekend to Phoenix from Prescott; could be offline for a day or two with the move and getting the new internet hooked up; but definitely will be ready for the challenge when it begins April 1st).

Hi, I'm looking forward to visiting your blog again this year and getting to know you. This year I wrote all of my blog posts in advance so I will actually have an opportunity to visit people and get to know them better so we both have the same goal it seems. I will do my best to answer your question each time I read your post.

It seems we both have a little glitch going in. You will be moving during the challenge. I have a problem prior to the challenge beginning, but I'm told it will be remedied prior to April 1st.

Please be patient with me. You may have trouble reading my theme reveal, but I assure you my blog will be fine in time for the challenge and it should be fine my midday today. There is a problem with the loading speed, but I've retained the services of the people who did the original design work to do a complete makeover and right now it is taking an incredibly long time to load, but the speed problem will be repaired very very soon, I am assured. In addition, I will finally be free of Disqus, the comment platform -- yea! I know everyone, including me hated it. I will finally have my blogger comment platform back.

I'm really looking forward to learning more about Arizona from the view from your bench. I will see you on April 1st.

I always look forward to the A-Z that you do. I'll love learning more about Arizona. I'll be seeing it through your eyes as I've never been there,. Glad the move is finally so close. I know you will be glad to be in your own home and hopefully get to unpack all those boxes.

Interesting choice Betty. I know little or nothing about Arizona. I don't envy you the move. Not a favourite thing to do.

Great theme, Betty. As you know, I love road trips and seeing nature. Now, I'll be able to see Arizona through your eyes - just in case I never make it there in real life!

Hope your move goes well. This is such an exciting time for you!

Sounds fun indeed as we see the sites at your feed. Good luck moving and hopefully the internet gets hooked up with no snafus.

I like travelling - the real life variety is the first option, failing that armchair travelling. Like your theme, and the blog banner. I hope you're not moving very far from that bench, or that you can take it along where you are going. Good luck with the move and the A-Z.

Best wishes.

I popped in after your comment on my theme reveal, and I instantly went:
OMG! OMG! OMG!
ARIZONA!
The reason is, I've moved over to Arizona less than a month ago, and I feel I know very little about the state (and about States in general, since I lived in Europe all my life), so your theme sounds perfect for me. I still need to learn how to drive (us, Europeans from big cities, rely on public transport a lot), but your blog will help me to find places of interest for when I do get my driving license.

Roshan Radhakrishnan said...

This is definitely something new to me so i will definitely be looking to visit the place vicariously through your APRIL POSTS :D

One good thing about moving, you get rid of a lot of stuff. It will take dynamite to get out of the house I am living in now.
