X

A/Z

X - always a challenging letter

Could never find a picture that would match an "X" word so went with the letter X itself.

Its warning of the upcoming train tracks.  It is actually not exactly where we walk Koda but about two blocks away from it, but its the best I could do for this pesky hard to find "X."

Stretching X a little, eXerting one self down where we walk Koda.

Some trainers or whoever you might call them, offer classes down there in stretching and other forms of exercising.  You can see the sticks used for this particular class resting against the picnic table.  I told hubby it might be fun to take a class like this sometime.

And now all the pesky letters of the alphabet (Q, X) are taken care of.  Thanks for all the comments and sticking with me through this A/Z challenge.  Two more letters to go.

Amazed how fast the month went.

Where I live the train no longer operates, and it is funny seeing little palm trees growing on the tracks.

We have railroad crossing everywhere around here too. The perfect X.

I used to live where trains made me late for work. Now they are a novelty. Fun and rare.

You've done well with the letter x. Way to get imaginative.

For some reason here in our town we've had more than one person ignore the X for the railroad crossing and wound up with their cars damaged . They seem to think they can beat the train across the track. I think it's good to heed the warning myself.

You have wonderfully combined the letter with the picture for the challenge!

I used railroad crossing as my "X" post as well. I guess we could have used x as our wild card since x is the unknown factor in algebra (its pretty much the only thing I learned in that subject)

"X" marks the spot alright. And a definite warning to heed. Although not pesky, Y & Z don't seem all that easy either.

Very clever Xample for the letter X.

I had a tough time with Z...I think I changed it three times. That last stretch was tough, for sure! Yoga by the water sounds like fun.

Well at least you found an X that marks the spot.

I had to stretch X a bit myself to fit my theme. You did well, my friend.

Great use of the letter as it looks forbidden as in do not cross and it means just that! Hope you enjoy the exercise if you do take it

This month has seemed to go by quickly as you said. I've loved seeing all your pictures thus far and can't wait to see the last couple.

The letter X has always be a challenge--but your railroad crossing is the first I have seen while visiting other sites. Good job.
Over from the A to Z.

Yep, this one is a toughie. But you handled it with aplomb.

Some people think of X as their ex husband. EX works for Words With Friends.

Or, X marks the spot.

But as usually, you have done a creative job here.

That X is perfectly Xceptable if you ask me! This is a tricly little letter isn't it? So glad it's out of the way now. Two more letters left... where does the time go? :)

Very well done. Extra effort for the 'X' but you are always us for the challenge. You never have a boring entry.

Love from this side of the world...

Betty,

It's always good to explore a little outside our usual areas. We might find something really interesting!

Women meet in the park next to our local lake to exercise together. Boot camp... that's what I think they call it. I just run past them, doing laps of the lake. So far I haven't been tempted to stop and join them!

Some letters just beg to be stretched.

Like exercise...gotta stretch for that. Or more truthfully, it's a stretching thinking I'm actually going to do any exercise. heheh
