........should never buy the Halloween candy a week before Halloween

just saying.........

Happy Halloween! Be careful out there, its a jungle.

Will be interested to see how many trick or treaters we get.  First year we were here, two.  Last year, none.

So why did I buy 5 bags of candy??????

I buy mine a month early and have never been tempted to open. I'm not that big a fan of candy, I guess! We usually get over 100 kids. Can't wait to see the costumes.

Oh goodness. And we know Koda didn't eat them...

It's not Halloween without candy. M&M's are where it's at.

I will be buying candy for trick-or treaters today, but I have eaten way too much candy corn in the last couple of weeks.

All set, just opened 2 huge bags, came with $5 gift card earlier in month. Expecting 50-60, neighbors getting older/teens, rain forecast to end by tonight. Beginning to regret peanut M&M's not in the mix!

You never know, so you are prepared! Or leftovers.

Ha! The candy thief strikes again! I'm sure he's busy striking at lots of other homes tonight, too~

We bought a bag for Trunk or Treat and that all went. We bought another for tonight of stuff TJ likes. I was a little worried it wasn't enough, but just 35 minutes in and we have had like 5 kids so I think it will be okay.

I haven't touched our candy but I want too!!! We had 70 last year and 90 the year before. Hope you get some this year. Happy Halloween....

LOL, no one, except maybe two people come to our house every year on Halloween, so far none. Also funny we got the same candy that you did. I already had a bag, maybe I should go get some more. I don't think anybody is coming... Happy Halloween!

I wanted to open it all up last night and taste test it, you know how those manufactures can be.
We had well over 100 kids. My community is really young.

Hope it was happy...and enjoy that candy!

Since neither of us would be home on Halloween evening, we skipped buying candy this year...for this same reason!

You were secretly hoping to not give out the candy and then you could eat it. :) Happy Halloween!

I finally learned this year. I bought candy that I don't really like and I did it two days before Halloween! Yahoo! Unfortunately, because of the rain we hardly had any trick or treaters so now I have two bags of candy sitting on my counter (not to mention my kids four FULL buckets of trick or treat candy). Yikes!

So how many did you get - did you have enough candy to give out? lol

So how many trick or treaters did you get.... hubby buys bags of candy all year long... very bad... lol... I always have to pick up the 99cent boxes of peanut butter M&M's at Walmart... very good... That's why I stopped letting hubby buy candy for the trick or treaters as he'd buy too much and we would eat it... so I buy toys, pencils, etc... and he still buys candy for us... Chocolate is good for you though... right... :)

Ha-ha-ha! You and my hubby would get along famously!
We've still 3 bags of Snickers n' Twix ... I think he put out the PayDay and Butterfingers first, since he likes them LEAST. At least he didn't come home with any Reese's ... my downfall, for sure!

Other than our own little ghosts and goblins, we never have trick or treaters! We bought candy the day of, and we still have most of it. (Ole Boy ate all the mini PayDays.)

It never hurts to be prepared. I buy way too much candy every year too, but I'd rather do that than not have enough. :-)
