truth is Thursday

I've seen this on Juli's blog most Thursdays where she'll do a truth is type of entry.  Not sure if she started it herself or someone else did and she just participates, couldn't find a link to link with, so if anyone knows, would appreciate it. But I thought I would participate today because.....

Truth is.....I got nothing to say. Running dry with blog fodder.

Truth is......I think its because I'm spending too much time on FB in Word Tornado.

Truth is.....that game is totally addicting.

Truth is......I'm going to bed later than I should because of playing Word Tornado.

Truth is......I'm tired these days (wonder why).

Truth is......the past two Sundays I've missed my normal afternoon nap due to hubby's practice with a band he's involved in. Practices aren't here, but he comes home from them right in the middle of my nap time.

Truth is.....I miss those naps; looking forward to this Sunday's nap.

Truth is.....I haven't started studying for my certification test in April.

Truth is......Koda's so totally cute and spoiled.

Truth is......Son's Cadillac is seeing its last days, he's looking for a new (used) car.

Truth is......Its a sunny day today but rain in the forecast.

Truth is......God loves you and is always there for you.

My car has seen better days, too. I'm hoping it can make it another year or two, because I've really enjoyed the last several years with no car payment. Although those first few years with a new car without the near-constant "issues" are magical. Sadly, we are starting to get to the point where a car payment might be cheaper than fixing all the stuff that goes wrong with mine in a year. We aren’t there yet, but…well, you know how it goes. Sigh…

Truth is....I enjoyed this meme.
Hope your son finds a great car. Give Koda a hug from me. Since your mentioned Word Tornando I have stayed away and haven't checked it out. I don't need another addiction!

Truth is...I loved this post! I might borrow the idea one of these weeks.

I'm tired these days, too (as you know), but my problem is that I stay up too late writing and watching old episodes of TV shows. Oh, well. :)

That car is the toughest truth is. I had my heart set on a new one this year to replace my seven year old. But, it will not become an eight, nine or ten year old before I can get a new one. Sigh.

See! It's the best way to dump everything out that's in your brain! :) Truth is... I'll take your rain.

They just cancelled school... we've got 18 to 24 inches of snow heading our way. Not so worried about tomorrow, but delivering the mail on Saturday will be it's on "Truth" let me tell ya.

Truth is I had to abandon all Facebook games cold turkey. They were running my life!

I think we all run into dry blogging spells, for many reasons.

I like the truth is.

What a neat meme.

The question is whether I'll be able to resist checking out Word Tornado. ;-)

I liked this entry and the first one especially so... and the truth is, you had better start studying for your recertification..!

I guess the first step in overcoming an addiction is to admit you have one - - right? LOL
I don't do FB because I barely have time to keep up with my blog. It is like a scrapbook/diary for me and a newsletter for out-of-town relatives.
I really liked this post you did though!

Truth is...you are such a great bloggy friend!

Oh, I totally hear you on the word game thing. My youngest son got me to spend hours on a word game app on his phone on my last visit. Ugh. (We won't mention again the time that I spent literally days playing Angry Birds for the first time...)

Truth is...I get it.

I haven't tried Word Tornado, but I think I'll avoid it if it's addictive! It took me forever to set Castleville aside; that game was addictive. Now I refuse any games on Facebook at all!

Well now I know how Catholic people feel going to confession, lol ;)

Hope you get your nap this weekend, and hope I can catch one too!

Ok, I KNOW what an addictive game is like. I was like that with Farmville. I quit is once and started a few months ago again. But luckily I saw how i was going the same direction the second time, so I quit it again. It's fun for a while, but when games start to take over your life, you should rethink them...

Get to studying!!! haha

I have a few game addictions myself! Some I play just about every day. Sometimes, I "fast" from them for a week just because I know I need less game time/more God time.

No Cadillac? The end of an era!!
